NOTIFICATION-II

          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) the Government of Karnataka being satisfied that public interest so requires hereby declares that Special Economic Zone and units therein to be public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of 6 months from the date of publication of this Notification in the official gazette.
