Tenders are invited for the following belonging to a defunct
spices-processing unit in CSEZ:

of approximately 5300 m2 of built-up space
at Plot No.25 in CSEZ on as-is- where-is condition for
operation of an SEZ unit.

drawn in favour of Development Commissioner, Cochin Special
Economic Zone, payable at Ernakulam, Kerala.
Tender forms are available from Site Office of M/s
Kitco, located in CSEZ Administration Building during office
hours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on payment of Rs.1,000/-
(Rupees one thousand only - inclusive of Sales Tax) by
Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s Kitco Ltd., Cochin
payable at Cochin.
Tender forms will be issued till 5.00 p.m. on 19.05.2006.
Tenders will
be accepted till 5.00 p.m. on 22.05.2006. The
tenders will be opened after auction at 10.00 a.m. on
23.05.2006. The terms and conditions are contained
in the tender forms.

and down loaded forms may be used on payment of Rs.1,000/-
as detailed above, failing which the tender will be rejected
without assigning any further reason.
