Tenders are invited for the following:

Sale
of interiors, furniture, computers & its
Accessories and other items of a defunct Software Unit
in as-is-where-is condition in Plot No.43/A, ‘E’
-Block, CSEZ, Items are available lot wise (I-III).

EMD
Rs.50,000/- for each
lot

The items in
Lot
I & II will be for the operation of a SEZ unit.
EMD
should be deposited along with tender by DD drawn in favour
of Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone,
payable at Ernakulam, Kerala.
Tender forms are available from Site Office of
M/s. Kitco, located in CSEZ Administration Building
during office hours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on payment of
Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only - inclusive of
Sales Tax) by DD drawn in favour of M/s. Kitco Ltd., payable
at Cochin.
Tender
forms will be issued till 5.00 PM on 23.06.2006. Tenders
will be accepted till 5.00 PM on 26.06.2006.
The tenders will be opened after auction at 11 AM on
27.06.2006. The
terms and conditions are contained in the tender forms.
Tender
forms can be downloaded from this website and down loaded
forms may be used on payment of Rs.250/- as detailed above,
failing which the tender will be rejected without assigning
any further reason.
The
price quoted will be inclusive of Customs duty for the goods
to be taken outside the Zone.
Sales Tax will be payable by the party separately for
taking of goods outside the Zone.
